What are my payment options?

You may pay by ACH (Auto Withdrawal) or Credit Card. Security Deposit must be done by ACH or Check.

Do I need to schedule an appointment or can I just stop in?

While we encourage you to schedule tours in advance, so that we can ensure that one of our team members is available to help you choose the right space, feel free to stop in if you are in the neighborhood, and we give you a tour! How much do I need to reserve an office?

PencilWorks requires a deposit equal to two months plus $100 set up fee, and a $60 soft credit check to reserve an office for your team until move in.

What if I'm looking for an office more than 30 days in the future?

Our 30-day move out policy allows us to know availability on the 1st of the month for those that are looking to move on the last day of the month. Example: Someone might give notice to move out August 31st. This office can then be reserved for someone new to move in September 1st. You may be added to the Waiting List for the building of your choice for an upcoming office within your time frame.

Do all agreements begin on the first of the month?

Yes. Our 30 day move out policy requires move out by 5pm on the last day of the month allowing a new member a 1st of the month move in. If this day lands on a weekend, arrangements will be made accordingly.

When do I let the management know I'm moving out?

Members are required to give a full month's notice to move out or transfer offices. Move out forms must be submitted by the last business day of the month prior to vacating. For example, if a member wants to move out on October 31st, they must give notice on September 30th.
